You enter into our Customer Satisfaction Agreement free of charge when you purchase one of our tools. Our number one goal is to ensure that you, the customer, are pleased with your purchase. If you are not, let us make it right. Even though you are not required to do so, we encourage our customers to register their products, making the replacement process easy.
WHAT DOES THIS WARRANTY COVER?
We guarantee that our products will be free from defects in materials and workmanship. If for any reason defects are found or our products fail to perform correctly Jerium tools will replace the defective item free of charge to the original consumer.
WHO MAY USE THIS WARRANTY?
Jerium tools, with offices at 1429 Skunk Valley Road Southport, Florida 32409 extend this lifetime warranty only to the consumer who originally purchased the product. This warranty does not extend to any subsequent owner or other transferees of the product.
WAYS TO CLAIM YOUR REPLACEMENT WARRANTY.
If you have registered your product, email email@example.com your name and the product you need a replacement for, and we will send one asap (once approved).
If you have not registered your products, we need your Order ID from Amazon. So we can verify your purchase. If you don't have any of this information, then email firstname.lastname@example.org so we may discuss further actions to take to get your replacement. Please register your products to make this process easier.
Jerium Tools is an American-owned and operated company. Even though we manufacture our product from China and Taiwan, we perform our quality control in-house to ensure you get the quality that holds up to the American standard.
